A. Method of selection
1. The applications received from the candidates will be screened and shortlisted on the basis of eligibility/qualification and relevant experience.
2. The requisite number of shortlisted candidates will be called for interview and Group Discussion for final selection.
3. The final selection will be made on the basis of performance in the interview and GD.

A. Age Limit
Company Secretary: Minimum Age 35 years and Maximum Age 45 years.
Asst. General Manager: Minimum Age 35 years and Maximum Age 50 years.
B. Educational Qualifications
Company Secretary: Qualified Company Secretary; Law degree is desirable. Must be member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
Asst. General Manager: Master Degree in any discipline with preference to mathematics and Statistics/CA/CFA (USA)/ICWA/ MBA (Finance) from reputed institution.
