SSC CGL 2018 Exam Pattern

Staff Selection Commission of India is going to conducting SSC CGL 2018 Exam. The process of an exam will be in four stages Tier-1, Tier-2, Tier-3 & Tier-4. Tier-I & Tier-II exam will be conducted Computer Based Test(CBT). The total marks allotted to Tier 1 200 Marks which consists of 100 questions and time duration is 60 minutes. Whereas for Tier 2 exam will comprise of four Papers Paper I, II, III & IV. The Paper I and II is common for all posts while Paper III & IV is for the post of Junior Statistical Officer (JSO) and Assistant Audit Officer (AAO)/Assistant Accounts Officer (AAO). Each paper of Tier II consists of 200 Marks. Tier 3 paper pattern will be tested in English/Hindi on writing Essays/ Precis/Letter/Applications etc maximum marks allotted to the test is 100 marks.

B. Marks Scheme Details

For Tier-I there will be negative marking of 0.50 for each wrong answer and for Tier-II there will be negative marking of 0.25 for each wrong answer in Paper-II (English Language and Comprehension) and of 0.50 marks for each wrong answer in Paper-I, Paper-III and Paper-IV.
