A. Examination Pattern

1. Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of your qualifications and experience by the shortlisting Committee of the bank.

2. Once shortlisted, you will be called for the Interview.

3. The Final Merit List will be prepared on the basis of your score obtained in the Interview.

A. Age Limit

For HR Specialist (Recruitment) & (Manpower Planning)

Minimum Age 32 years and Maximum Age 35 years

For Internal Communication Specialist

Minimum Age 27 years and Maximum Age 35 years.

For Banking Supervisory Specialist (BSS)

Minimum Age 55 years and Maximum Age 65 years.

B. Educational Qualification:

For HR Specialist (Recruitment) & (Manpower Planning)

You should be an MBA/PGDM with specialization in HR from a recognized university.

For Internal Communication Specialist

You should have an MBA or Post Graduate Degree in Marketing/ Mass Media/ Finance/ Commerce from a recognized university.

For Defence Banking Advisor (Army)

You will require relevant post qualification experience.

You also have to be retired in the rank of Lieutenant General or above.

For Defence Banking Advisor (Para-Military Forces)

You will require relevant post qualification experience.

It is also required that you are retired in the rank of ADGP or above (retired IPS Officers).

You also should have 5 years of working experience in Central Reserve Police Force/ Para Military Force.
