A. Selection Process
1. After screening of documents, suitable number of eligible candidates shall be called for selection.
2. Appointment of selected candidates will be subject to their being found medically fit in the Medical Examination to be conducted as per RITES Rules and Standards of Medical Fitness for the relevant post.
3. Candidates have the option to appear for interview either in Hindi or English.

Additional General Manager (Design)/Deputy General Manager (Design)/Additional General Manager (Construction)- Maximum Age 54 years.
Manager (Design)/Manager (Construction) – Maximum Age 40 years.
B. Educational Qualification
Additional General Manager(AGM) (Design)/Deputy General Manager (DGM) (Design)/Manager (Design)- Full-time first class (B.Tech /B.E ) Degree in Civil Engineering.
Full-time first class M. Tech Degree in Ocean Engineering/Marine structures/Offshore structures.
Additional General Manager(AGM) (Construction)/Deputy General Manager(DGM) (Construction)/Manager(Construction) – Full-time first class (B. Tech /B.E ) Degree in Civil Engineering.
