Punjab State Power Corporation Limited is a state which responsible for electricity generation and power distribution. The government has published the official notification for recruitment of lineman 2800 posts. The is very excellent opportunity for the candidates who are looking job in power sector government. The eligible candidates can apply online application before 19.12.2017.
A. Selection Process
1. Selection will be made purely on merit basis. The merit will be made as per marks obtained in national Apprenticeship Certificate in Lineman trade.
2. The percentage marks obtained shall be rounded off to the nearest 2nd decimal digit for preparing the merit.
3. No weightage shall be given for higher qualifications.

D. Eligibility Criteria
A. Age Limit (as on 1st January 2017) – Minimum Age 18 years and Maximum Age 42 years.
B. Educational Qualifications
1. You should be 10th passed with 2 years National Apprenticeship Certificate in Lineman Trade.
2. You must have passed Punjabi in Matriculation or its equivalent level.
3. If you have done Apprenticeship from PSPCL/PSTCL, you will be given preference over those who did Apprenticeship from other State.
4. Even if you possess higher qualification (Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering), you will be considered only if you have National Apprenticeship Certificate in Lineman Trade.
