A. Selection Process

1. Candidates meeting the eligibility criteria will be provisionally shortlisted and called for personal interview.

2. Further selection shall be made according to merit drawn on the basis of performance of shortlisted candidates in the interview process.

3. However, in case large number of applications is received for a post, NFL reserves a right to conduct a written or online test before short listing candidates for interview. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the written or online test.

Engineer – Maximum Age 30 years.

Sr. Manager & Manager – Maximum Age – 45 years.

B. Educational Qualification

Chemical Engineer – B.Tech./B.E./B.Sc. Engineering./AMIE in Chemical Engineering or Diploma in Chemical Engineering with 1 years of experience.

Mechanical Engineer – B.Tech./B.E./B.Sc. Engineering/AMIE in Mechanical Engineering.

Instrumentation Engineer – B.Tech./B.E./B.Sc. Engineering.AMIE in Instrumentation Engineering.

Civil Engineer – B.Tech./B.E./B.Sc. Engineering/AMIE in Civil Engineering.

Manager – B.Tech./B.E./B.Sc. Engineering/AMIE in Electrical Engineering with 9 years of experience.

Sr. Manager – B.Tech./B.E./B.Sc. Engineering/AMIE in Material Management with 13 years of experience.
