1. The selection process of SBI Clerk consists of 3 stages i.e Preliminary Exam, Main Exam, Test of Official and/or Local Language.
2. Coming to the selection process of SBI PO, it consists of 3 stages i.e Preliminary Exam, Main Exam and GD/PI.

1. Salary of Probationary Officer
Starting Basic Pay: Rs. 27,620/-
Pay Scale: Rs. 23,700-980/7-30,560-1145/2-32,850-1310/7-42,020 (4 increments)
Allowances: D.A, H.R.A/Lease rental, C.C.A, Medical and other allowances & perquisites as per rules in force from time to time.
2. Salary of Clerk
Starting Basic Pay: Rs. 11,765/-
Pay Scale: Rs. 13,730/16,715/20,095/28,110/- Your maximum salary will reach Rs. 31,450/-
Allowances: You will be given Furniture Allowance, House Maintenance Allowance, Books & Magazine Allowance, Briefcase Allowance, Reimbursement of Telephone Bills etc.
Compensation and Perks: Encash privilege leaves.
E. Fee Details
Fee Details for both SBI PO and SBI Clerk are same for SC/ST/PWD candidates and General, OBC Candidates.
