A. Age Limit

Operations– Minimum Age – 35 years and Maximum Age -55 years.

Risk and Compliance– Minimum Age – 35 years and Maximum Age -55 years.

HR and Administration AGM (Human Resource Management)– Minimum Age – 32 years and Maximum Age -50 years.

HR and Administration Senior Manager- Minimum Age – 26 years and Maximum Age -55 years.

HR and Administration Manager (Training)– Minimum Age – 23 years and Maximum Age -55 years.

B. Age Relaxation

OBC – 3 years

SC/ST – 5 years

PWD – 10 years

Ex.servicemen – 5 years

C. Educational Qualification(As on 01.09.2017)

Operations – Graduate from a Recognised University and Minimum 15 years of experience in banking or Financial Services industry is mandatory.

Risk and Compliance – Chartered Accountant from ICAI is mandatory and Minimum 9 years of experience in risk and compliance function in Banks or Financial Services is mandatory.

HR and Administration AGM (Human Resource Management) – MBA (With Specialization in HR) from a recognised University and Minimum 12 years of experience in HR function in Banking or Financial Services or Insurance.

HR and Administration (Senior Manager (HR Generalist -Manpower Planning & Recruitment, Performance Management System) – Graduation from a recognised university and Minimum 6 years of experience in HR.

HR and Administration – Manager (Training) – Graduation from a recognised university and Minimum 3 years of experience in HR.
