The Probationary Officers training programme aims to attract young talent who wish to pursue a career in banking. It is a vocational training programme designed to develop a pool of first level managers with banking knowledge and required skill-sets to perform efficiently in their day-to-day activities.

C. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA AND GENERAL INFORMATION

Age Limit (as on 31.12.2016)

Up to 25 years of age as on 31st December 2016 (Should have been born on or after 31st December 1991) are eligible to apply for this post.

Educational Qualifications (as on 01.01.2016)

D. Selection Procedure & Exam Pattern

The selection process of ICICI PO Recruitment for Probationary Officer will consists of Single written online Exam followed by Interview/or Group Discussion. The exam pattern in detail is given below:

b) The students who will qualify the online exam, will have to appear for Interview/or Group Discussion. This process will take place in two parts given below. After that final merit list will be prepared.

E. Programme Fees

The programme fees for the Course will be Rs. 3,78,604/- plus service taxes, as applicable, will be paid by the students in instalments as per a fixed schedule during the 1 year programme ( inclusive of course fees, lodging, boarding and other fees, etc.).

F. Salary

The programme structure is as follows:

• Term 1 (4 months) – Classroom training at IMA, Bengaluru
• Term 2 (2 months) – Internship at ICICI Bank
• Term 3 (2 months) – Classroom training at IMA, Bengaluru
• Term 4 (4 months) – On the job training at ICICI Bank

After the successful completion of the course, you will be awarded PGDBF certificate from Manipal University, Bangalore and will be inducted into the ICICI Bank at the post of Assistant Managers (Band I). The gross salary on joining the bank will be more than Rs. 4 Lakh per annum.
