GRADUATE APTITUDE TEST (GATE) is an high level online competition exam for admission into top engineering colleges in India. It facilitates in admissions for higher education (M.Tech./Ph.D.) in IITs, IISc, and various other Institutes in India. IIT Roorkee, the organizing institute for GATE 2017 has released Official GATE 2017 Notification. The GATE 2018 Exam will be held on 03rd, 04th, 10th and 11th February 2018.

Marks Scheme Details

For a wrong answer chosen in a MCQ, there will be negative marking. For 1-mark MCQ, 1/3 mark will be deducted for a wrong answer. Likewise, for 2-marks MCQ, 2/3 mark will be deducted for a wrong answer.
