ECGC is the organization wholly owned by the Govt. of India and its headquarters. ECGC has recently released the official notification for recruitment of Probationary Officers. The process of online application will be held from 01.01.2018 to 15.01.2018. The candidates who had interested can apply the online application before the last date.

A. Exam Pattern

The selection will be based on two stages as follows:

(i) Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)

(ii) Description Paper

D. Eligibility Criteria

A. Age Limit – Minimum 20 years and Maximum 30 years.

B. Educational Qualifications

Accounts – You should be an Associate member of CA, ICWA, CFA.

Legal – It is necessary to have completed LLB/ LLM.

Company Secretary – You should be an Associate member of CS.

Actuary – It is necessary to be the Member of the Institute of Actuaries of India having cleared at least CT-1, CT-2 and CT-3.

IT – You should be B. Tech or BE in CS / IT or MCA with certificate course on Cyber Security of duration of at least 6 months.

Economics – MA Economics (minimum 55% for SC/ST and 60% for others) is the required qualification for you.

Commerce – M.Com. (minimum 55% for SC/ST and 60% for others ) is mandatory.

Generalist – Graduation OR Post Graduation in any field (minimum 55% for SC/ST and 60% for others) is the requirement.

E. Marks Scheme Details

There will be penalty for wrong answers marked in the Objective Tests. For each question for which a wrong answer has been given by the candidate, one fourth or 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty to arrive at corrected score. If a question is left blank, i.e. no answer is marked by the candidate; there will be no penalty for that question.
