Bank of Baroda has released the official notification for the recruitment of Specialist Officers (SO). The candidates who are interested and eligible can apply their BOB SO application form from 14.11.2017 and Last date for Online Registration of Application form on 05.12.2017.
A. Examination Pattern
The selection process will comprise of online test, for the post of Scale I, in the discipline of Sales, followed by GD/Interview of the shortlisted candidates.
For the posts in Scale II, Scale III, Scale IV & Scale V applications will be shortlisted and candidates will then be called for GD/interview.
However, for Scale II and Scale III, if the number of eligible applications received is large, then Bank reserves the right to hold an online test also.

D. Eligibility Criteria
A. Age Limit (as on 05.12.2017)
JMG/S-I: Minimum Age Limit 21 years and Maximum Age Limit 30 years.
MMG/S-II: Minimum Age Limit 25 years and Maximum Age Limit 35 years.
MMG/S-III: Minimum Age Limit 25 years and Maximum Age Limit 37 years.
SMG/S-IV: Minimum Age Limit 30 years and Maximum Age Limit 45 years.
SMG/S-V: Minimum Age Limit 35 years and Maximum Age Limit 50 years.
B. Educational Qualification
1. You should have a Bachelor’s degree in the specific field.
2. It is also essential to possess the required Work Experience mentioned in the Official Notification.
E. Marks Scheme Details
There will be penalty for wrong answers marked in the Objective Tests. For each question for which a wrong answer has been given by the candidate, one fourth or 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty to arrive at corrected score. If a question is left blank, i.e. no answer is given by the candidate; there will be no penalty for that question.
